Half Griddle 90/90 D

The Half Griddle Plate 90/90 D is an exclusive accessory designed for use in Pira charcoal ovens. Made from thick stainless steel, fully welded, polished, and with an attractive design, the plate offers unmatched durability and resistance.

Its special slope channels oils to the general collector, then to the internal fat collector, helping to reduce odors and excessive smoke when cooking fatty products like bacon, duck magret, and sausages. It’s also ideal for cooking delicate items, such as scrambled eggs, fish, and vegetables, which are typically griddle-cooked but can now be prepared in a charcoal oven.

The lateral arms allow the plate to be positioned inclined for greasy foods or horizontal for smaller, non-greasy items, preventing slipping. The independent movement system allows you to recharge the oven without removing the plate during service.

Designed with no corners where food residues can accumulate, the Griddle Plate ensures easy cleaning and meets the highest food safety standards.
