Thanks to the PiraCold system, our ovens reduce the exterior temperature and optimize charcoal consumption, helping to save energy and operating costs. They incorporate a grease collector, internal firebreak, and draft control, guaranteeing stable, clean cooking without excessive smoke. Their cast iron interior and working temperature range of 180°C to 350°C allow for precise cooking of meats, fish, and vegetables.
Our range includes three series: Black series, robust and functional; Lux series, the perfect balance between price and performance; and Silver series, a premium range made entirely of steel. We also offer three types of doors: AB with panoramic glass, SD solid for serving and plating, and ED lift-up to optimize space. Each combination allows you to configure the ideal charcoal oven for restaurants, grills, and industrial kitchens.
