Pira ovens are equipped with an integrated flame arrester and draft regulator, ready to operate from the start simply by placing them under the hood. If you wish to install a PIRA oven in a kitchen alongside other appliances, a visible chimney kit must also be installed.
Regulations in most countries stipulate that there must be a separate flue for fumes from solid fuels (firewood or coal), and in some cases, the flame arrester must be clearly visible. Therefore, it is always necessary to observe the applicable legislation. Taking into account the legislation and the customer’s needs, the chimney kit can be adapted to all requirements.
The chimney kit is available in two versions: a detachable chimney kit with a non-removable flame arrester and a single-body chimney kit with a detachable flame arrester.
