Pira 70 XL Lux SD

Designed for professionals who prefer a more discreet kitchen environment, Pira charcoal ovens are also available with the blind door option through the SD series. This solution is ideal for establishments where the oven is not visible to guests, reducing heat radiation towards the working area and improving comfort in small kitchens.

The Pira 70 XL LUX SD maximizes performance in compact spaces, maintaining the same width as the Pira 70 LUX SD while increasing its depth to provide greater cooking capacity and flexibility during service.

Equipped with the innovative PIRACOLD cooling system, the oven keeps the external structure controlled and safe while maintaining internal heat for hours, even after service, allowing significant energy savings and up to 25% lower charcoal consumption compared to conventional charcoal ovens.

Thanks to the internal grease collection system, the oven allows flame-free cooking of all types of food — meat, fish, vegetables, rice and pasta — ensuring consistent results, reliability and efficient daily performance.
