Half Griddle 120/120 D

The Half Griddle Plate 120/120 D is an exclusive accessory designed for use in Pira charcoal ovens. Made from thick, fully welded stainless steel, polished to a high finish, it provides exceptional durability and resistance.

The plate’s special slope directs oils to the general collector, then to the internal fat collector in Pira ovens, preventing odors and excessive smoke when cooking fatty foods like bacon, duck magret, and sausages. It is also ideal for cooking delicate items like scrambled eggs, fish, and vegetables that would typically be cooked on a griddle.

With lateral arms, the plate can be set in an inclined position for greasy products or horizontal for non-greasy or smaller items. Its independent movement system allows you to recharge the oven without removing the plate during service.

The cornerless design ensures that no food residues accumulate, meeting food safety standards and making cleaning quick and easy.
