Central griddle

Our Central Griddle Plate is made from thick stainless steel, fully welded, polished, and with an attractive design. The plate’s thickness and crossbeams on the underside provide exceptional durability and resistance, unmatched by any other barbecue.

The special slope of the plate directs oils to the general collector and the internal fat collector in Pira charcoal ovens, reducing odors and smoke when cooking fatty products like bacon, duck magret, and sausages. It’s also perfect for cooking delicate items like scrambled eggs, fish, and vegetables, which are typically cooked on a griddle but can now be cooked in a charcoal oven.

The plate’s cornerless design ensures no food residues accumulate, meeting the highest food safety standards while making cleaning quick and easy.
