Made from thick, fully welded stainless steel, this plate ensures exceptional durability and heat distribution, perfect for grilling both fatty and delicate foods.
The special slope directs oils to the general collector and then to the internal fat collector, minimizing odors and smoke when cooking fatty products like bacon, duck magret, and sausages. It is also ideal for cooking delicate items like scrambled eggs, fish, and vegetables, which can now be cooked in a charcoal oven using the Griddle Plate.
The plate features lateral arms for inclined positioning, perfect for greasy foods, and can also be placed horizontally for smaller, non-greasy items. Its independent movement system allows you to recharge the charcoal oven during service without removing the plate.
