The special slope of the plate directs oils to the general collector and then to the internal fat collector in all Pira charcoal ovens. This feature helps avoid odors and excessive smoke, particularly when cooking fatty foods like bacon, duck magret, and sausages. The plate is also perfect for cooking delicate items like scrambled eggs, fish, and vegetables, which are typically made on a griddle but can now be cooked in a charcoal oven.
The cornerless design of the plate ensures no food residues accumulate, meeting the highest food safety standards while making cleaning both quick and easy.
