The braziers are specially designed for restaurants with a ‘non-stop’ kitchen where embers must never run out. This way, we avoid unnecessarily overloading the oven with large quantities of charcoal, which only serves to waste charcoal and energy, and can even lead to cooking time issues and potential unnecessary damage to the oven.
Pira braziers are also designed to meet the needs of the most demanding chefs who require embers from selected wood or charcoal, in precise quantities, right in the restaurant.

Our braziers are equipped with two chambers for holding wood or charcoal, an internal firebox, a poker and a built-in air flow regulator.
All braziers can be fitted with a table, specially designed for each model.
