The Half Grooved Grill M80/M150 is made entirely of stainless steel, welded, polished, and reinforced with crossbars to ensure exceptional strength and durability. Its wave-shaped channels prevent direct flame contact with the food, reducing odors and excessive smoke when grilling fatty products like bacon, duck magret, and sausages. It’s also ideal for delicate items like fish and vegetables, where flame exposure should be avoided.
Despite not touching the fire, the grill leaves the perfect grill marks on food. The lateral arms allow the grill to be set at an inclined position for greasy products or horizontal for smaller or more delicate items, preventing slipping.
The grill features an independent movement system, allowing you to recharge the charcoal oven during service without removing the plate. Designed with no corners to trap food residues, the grill meets the highest food safety standards and ensures easy, quick cleaning.
