Its wave-shaped channels prevent the fire from reaching the food, making it ideal for grilling greasy products like duck magret, chicken with skin, and sausages, while also reducing odors and excess smoke.
The grill is perfect for delicate items such as fish and vegetables, where we don’t want direct exposure to the flames. Despite not touching the fire, the grill leaves the perfect grill marks on the food, ensuring great presentation.
The lateral arms allow the grill to be placed in an inclined position for greasy foods or horizontal for more delicate products. Its independent movement system lets you recharge the charcoal oven without removing the grill during service.
