Its wave-shaped channels prevent the fire from reaching the food, minimizing odors and excessive smoke when grilling fatty products like duck magret, chicken with skin, and sausages. It’s also ideal for cooking delicate items like fish and vegetables, where avoiding direct flame contact is essential.
Despite the absence of direct flame, the grill still creates perfect grill marks on the food. The lateral arms allow it to be positioned inclined for greasy items or horizontal for smaller, delicate foods to prevent slipping.
