The wave-shaped channels prevent the fire from directly reaching the food, reducing odors and excess smoke that are typically produced when grilling greasy items like bacon, duck magret, or sausages.
This grill is also ideal for delicate foods such as fish and vegetables, where avoiding direct flame contact is key. Despite not touching the fire, it still leaves the perfect grill marks on the food.
The grill features lateral arms to allow for inclined positioning for greasy products and horizontal positioning for more delicate items. Its independent movement system lets you recharge the oven without removing the grill during service.
