The Half Grooved Grill 120/120 D is made entirely of stainless steel, welded, polished, and reinforced with crossbars for exceptional strength and durability. Its wave-shaped channels prevent the fire from reaching the food, reducing odors and excess smoke when grilling fatty products like duck magret, sausages, and chicken with skin. It’s also ideal for delicate items like fish and vegetables, where avoiding direct flame contact is key.
Despite not touching the fire, the grill leaves perfect grill marks on the food. The lateral arms allow the grill to be positioned inclined for greasy foods or horizontal for smaller, delicate items, preventing them from slipping.
The grill features an independent movement system, allowing the oven to be recharged during service without removing the plate. Designed with no corners where food can accumulate, it meets the highest food safety standards and ensures easy, quick cleaning.
