A new and original tabletop barbecue line joins the Pira catalog, introducing the Robata Shashlik concept for professional kitchens. Designed for countertop use, it allows chefs to cook directly in front of guests, transforming charcoal grilling into a live and engaging culinary experience.
Inspired by traditional Japanese robata grills, this model supports multiple barbecue styles such as skewers, shashlik, brochettes and espetos. The grease tray positions stainless steel skewers at a 45º angle over the embers, ensuring stability and precise cooking results.
Equipped with a multi-position height adjustment column, the Robata allows accurate fire control, while the upper shelf keeps skewers warm or tempers ingredients before cooking. An adjustable support bar accommodates different skewer sizes for maximum versatility.
Optional accessories include grooved and rod grills, as well as a stainless steel support table with wheels, shelves and door, providing mobility, storage and enhanced functionality in professional environments.
