The exclusive PIRACOLD cooling system keeps the external structure around 60ºC while maintaining internal heat for hours, even after service, allowing significant energy savings and up to 25% lower charcoal consumption compared to conventional charcoal ovens.

Designed to improve comfort and safety, the liftable door system reduces the working distance between chef and oven while preventing grease drops on the glass. The quick-access cleaning system allows fast maintenance, keeping visibility clear throughout service.

Suitable for cooking all types of food — meat, fish and vegetables — the oven features a high-temperature glass door resistant up to 750ºC, maintaining stable cooking conditions while improving efficiency and operational control.
