The exclusive PIRACOLD cooling system keeps the external structure controlled and safe while maintaining internal heat for hours, even after service, allowing significant energy savings and up to 25% lower charcoal consumption compared to conventional charcoal ovens.

Essential for restaurants where grilling is a central part of the menu, the oven allows cooking all types of food — meat, fish, rice, vegetables and pasta — ensuring consistent performance, reliability and maximum productivity.
