Half Griddle M80/M150

Our Griddle Plate is made from thick stainless steel, fully welded, polished, and designed with an attractive finish. The thickness of the plate, along with its crossbeams on the underside, ensures unmatched resistance and durability, making it ideal for any barbecue.

The plate’s special slope allows oils to drain towards the general collector, which then directs them to the internal fat collector of all Pira charcoal ovens. This helps to minimize odors and excessive smoke, especially when cooking fatty foods like bacon, duck magret, and sausages. It’s also perfect for cooking delicate or larger items, like scrambled eggs, fish, and vegetables, which are typically reserved for a griddle but can now be cooked in a charcoal oven.

Designed with no corners where food residues can accumulate, the Griddle Plate meets the highest food safety standards, ensuring easy, quick cleaning.
